By accessing or using skilledupIndia ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users - candidates, employers, and agencies.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to enter into this agreement.
Employers and agencies must represent a legitimate registered business entity. skilledupIndia reserves the right to suspend or remove any account found to be misrepresenting its nature or intent.
Candidates may browse jobs, apply for positions, and manage their profile and resume on the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
When an agency invites you to their roster, you will receive a consent request. Accepting consent allows the agency to manage your profile for placement purposes. You may revoke consent at any time from your dashboard.
Employers may post job listings, review applications, and manage their hiring pipeline through the Platform. Job listings must accurately describe the role, location, salary (or state it as negotiable), and employment terms.
skilledupIndia prohibits discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent job postings. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
Agencies may manage candidate profiles only after obtaining explicit consent from each candidate. Agencies are responsible for ensuring their operations comply with all applicable Indian and Gulf-region labour recruitment laws and licensing requirements.
You may not use the Platform to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Collect or harvest user data without authorisation
- Transmit spam, malware, or disruptive code
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate any person or organisation
- Charge candidates fees in violation of applicable labour law
All content on the Platform - including design, code, and copy - is the property of skilledupIndia unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
skilledupIndia is a platform connecting parties. We are not a party to any employment or placement agreement between users. We do not guarantee job placements, candidate quality, or employer legitimacy beyond our verification processes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or Rs. 1,000 - whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
